SHIPPING & RETURNS
COVID-19 UPDATE: because of COVID-19 and the hustle and bustle at PostNL, it may be that your package has been slightly delayed, it can take up to a week longer before you receive your package.
All orders are shipped with PostNL and you will receive them within 2-3 (NL) or 3-5 (EU) working days at the address of your choice. The shipping costs are €6.95 for orders within the Netherlands, for orders over €75.00 the shipping costs are on us!
The shipping costs for international orders are as follows:
• Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg --> €9.95
• Denmark, Italy --> €19.95
• Finland, France, Spain --> €24.95
• Hungary, Ireland, --> €29.95
• Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden --> €34.95
All products labeled 'pre-order' have a longer delivery time. The product is still being made at the time of your order or because we are waiting for the restock. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are over the moon with your purchase but in case you want to return your purchase, you have a 14-day period to decide and in which you must report your return to us. After that you have 14 days to return your purchase to us. Atelier Cocotier will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days, provided the items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
How do you return an order?
1. Complete the return form that you can download here.
2. Pack the items you are returning in the original box or another sturdy cardboard box. Add the return form and the original invoice to the package and tape it tightly.

We do not bear the costs for returning your order. In addition, we recommend that you keep proof of shipment with tracking information - if your return is lost, this is not our responsibility.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method. You will find the refund on your account within 10 days after receiving your return shipment. We will contact you by e-mail when we have received and processed your return.
Would you rather exchange an item? Unfortunately Atelier Cocotier does not offer this option. Would you like to receive a different item? First return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order through our webshop.
Damaged / wrong item received
If you have received a wrong item or an item damaged by a production error, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a suitable solution.
We advise our customers to check the ordered items for quantity and quality within 14 days of receipt. If something is not right with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide a suitable solution. * Please note, the warranty expires if a defect has arisen as a result of /or results from carelessness or you / anyone else tried to modify the product or used the product other than what it was made for.
